PETS WITH YOU

In the province of Trento, the access of animals in the hotels is governed by the article 10 of the "Raccolta provinciale degli Usi alberghieri" (Provincial compendium of hotels uses) that provides for the prohibition to bring pets to the hotel, except with the permission of the owner and ensuring that they do not caue nuisance to other clients.

RULES OF OUR HOUSE FOR ACCOMMODATION IN COMPANY OF HIS FOUR-LEGGED FRIEND

→ The presence of animals during your stay should be communicated during the booking procedure.
→ Pets will be allowed only in the rooms WITHOUT the carpet, with a balcony for dogs and no balcony for cats.
→ Small and medium sized pets will be allowed.
→ Maximum one pet per room.
→ To move around the hotel they must be on a leash or in carriers.
→ Pets are not allowed in the following areas : reading room, swimming pool, breakfast buffet and adjoining large breakfast room, laundry.
→ Pets can stay alone in the room provided that the owner is present in the hotel.
→ The owner will have to worry about the pet’s welfare by providing food and water.
→ Pets should not be taken to the terrace or to the various car parks for their needs. If it happens cleaning by the owner is a must.
→ In case of pets in the room there will be no regular cleaning. Please inform the reception when the room is free. Cleaning will be possible only during the hours of shift of the staff.
→ Please do not put the animal on beds, sofas and armchairs. If you need a towel or carpet please contact the reception. We will try to provide as best we can.
→ The owner of the pet must always worry that it does not dirty, does not spoil the structure and does not disturb other guests.
→ The owner assumes full responsibility, including economic, for the damage caused to things or people within the structure.

For guests who want to have breakfast with their four-legged friend, we have a dedicated room. The pets will have to be on a leash and will have to wait under the table while the owner will serve himself from the buffet. The buffet is however for the exclusive use of people and not pets.
The bar is open to pets BUT please keep them on a leash and under the table.
